I tried Cell-Tech because i saw countless
reviews Of this creatine supplement
I am 5,9 and had weighed 155 since my senior
year in High School when I took a weight training class. 15 years later I
would weigh between 165 and 170 depending on how much I would eat and I was
eating junk and not exercising.
I write code all day on the computer. I decided
I wanted to get in shape and grow some muscle. I worked out for a couple
months with no supplements. I lost a little weight but had no gains in the
amount of weight I could lift or in size.
Then I decided to try Cell-Tech because I
saw countless reviews on this creatine supplement, all saying it works wonders.
I got the big container of the Orange flavor that promised 7 pound muscle
gains in a week. Well, I worked out hard and did the Cell-Tech immediately
after the workout (only once a day). I stretched my container out to more
than a month because I was only putting 1 1/2 scoops in a mix. In 2 months,
I lost fat and yet gained 20 pounds of muscle. I'm serious, all my friends
noticed the difference and they swear I'm on steroids or something. I can
push more weight than I ever could.
In high school when I was lifting, My squat
max was 225 (I know, skinny legs) now, I warm up with 225. I don't do max's
but I know I could do more than 300. My home workout gym only has 300 lbs
so I need a gym membership now.
THE NEW CELL-TECH, I just bought the big container
for $72 at a local nutrition store. This stuff tastes way better than the
previous stuff. It's smoother and the after taste doesn't bite so much. I
will stay on it for a month or two and see what happens.
Some people say it's full of sugar and just
loads the muscle and other stuff. If you check the label you will have to
agree that it's full of sugar. I don't know if that's good or bad and I don't
know what it means to "load" the muscles.
I went off of Cell-tech for a week and I didn't
notice anything happen. I got a little smaller but that's because I didn't
work out for that whole week. Anyway it totally works for me. I think some
folks who say it doesn't work are not working out right. You have to push
more weight than you are used to. If you can do more than 12 reps of a certain
weight, it's not heavy enough to build muscle. Cell-Tech won't do much. You
also have to eat right, and rest.
I also take Iodine supplements because it
supports the thyroid which is responsible for managing the release of growth
hormones in the body. It also destroys fat cells. Anyway - this is my experience.
Goodluck - hope you find what works for you.

Creatine might have raised my blood
pressure.
I am 36 years old and have been lifting weights
off and on since 14. I have been really going steady since June 07. I've
never taken any supplements until August 07. Those were l-arginine, l-glutamine
and whey protein.
I have noticed nothing dramatic with my blood
pressure until recently when I started taking creatine monohydrate a month
ago. A week ago I checked my blood pressure and it was 155/90. I thought
it was a mistake. Usually it's around 120-125/80. I am 5 11' and weigh 185.
I am not overweight. I checked my bpressure 2 days ago. 135/90 I will keep
checking it and stop creatine usage and get a "clean" blood pressure once
the supplemental creatine has cleared my system. I've heard it takes a month
for the extra to clear.
I do feel a slight energy boost with creatine
usage, but if it ends up where it does raise my blood pressure, obviously
I'll stop usage. My bp had been fine until the creatine usage.I'll see within
the next month or so. It seems like creatine could cause higher blood pressure.
So whoever reads these..... if you take creatine check your bp.
